Here are seven ways to access the coaching you need to reach your ministry potential.
First, request George to coach you by telephone for 22 minutes, at no charge, to give you a taste of what a coaching relationship might be like.
Second, request George to serve as your personal ministry coach. This will involve two fifty-minute telecoaching sessions per month for a minimum of four months. It can also include a reasonable number of e-mail exchanges.
Third, request George to coach your ministry team of two to twelve people through two fifty-minute telecoaching sessions per month, and a reasonable number of e-mail exchanges. The minimum arrangements are for four months.
Fourth, request George to come on-site to your congregation, denomination, or parachurch organization for some face-to-face coaching of you personally, your ministry team, or the leadership community.
Fifth, request George to come on on-site to your congregation, denomination, or parachurch organization for an awareness learning experience on the benefits of coaching, and how to move to a coaching culture within your organization.
Sixth, request George to help you get connected with coach certification as you would like training in Christian leadership coaching so you can practice it in your ministry setting, and with others in ministry.
Seventh, you are not sure about coaching, but would like to look further into it. George can help you purchase a copy of Jane Creswell’s book, Christ-Centered Coaching: Seven Benefits for Ministry Leaders. Although you can really order it yourself at www.LakeHickoryResources.com.
